There are two core solutions we offer our clients based on our technology, one is Advertising/Lead Generation and the other Customer Service based.
The Advertising/Lead Generation solution finds Tweets that have expressed an interest (in purchasing or considering) a specific item or service relevant to our client including within a certain geographic area. Step one is finding these Leads and step two is doing something with the information. We can provide a variety of responses directly to the person who created the Tweet. These include sending them a Tweet with some text and a link to a page on your web site, or a phone # to call, or we can forward the Lead to our client and let them do what they want with them on a case by case basis. The value in our auto response is that it is almost immediate and it is on 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.
The Customer Service solution does much of what the Lead generation solution does but in the domain of customer service. It is looking for people who are making statements about your company or service. Again we can arrange for an auto response to the person who created the Tweet along with a link. For example someone could Tweet: "I bought a camera from this store and it doesn't work any more". We could respond by saying something like: Hello, we heard you were not satisfied with your camera please click here so we can help you.
