Example: Restaurant Database- Users can type in online looking for French restaurant in Toronto and get a response online with a list of restaurants that meet those criteria with relevant details. Alternatively the same request can be made via a Tweet and the user gets a Tweet in response with a restaurant.

This can be made collaborative allowing users to upload new entries into the database using either the online or Twitter interface.

This is but one example; others include news or sports updates, etc. The advantage on the Twitter end of this is people can make requests or inquiries without having to wade through hundreds of generic Tweets.
